Maak van jouw R&O gesprek een waardevol moment

The brief
Every TU Delft staff member is periodically invited to a Resultaat- en Ontwikkelgesprek. To support that process, we were asked to create a short, dynamic video that would be included with every invitation and underline the value of the conversation.

Behind the scenes
The challenge here was not complexity, but tone. An internal HR-related topic can easily become dry or overly formal, so the video had to feel clear, relevant, and easy to engage with. The goal was to make the message more approachable and to help people see the conversation as something useful, not just procedural.

Why this one stood out
What made this project interesting was its practical role. It was not made to sit on its own, but to work inside an existing process and improve how that process is received. That kind of video asks for precision: short, focused, and effective.

The Safety Science Wall: A Story Told in Panels

The Safety Science Wall transforms a TPM corridor into a visual story of safety science, created by Cok Francken, graphic designer from TU Delft’s NMC. Six large panels trace the field’s evolution using restored images, infographics, and archival posters, showcasing how design and research can turn complex history into an engaging, accessible narrative.
