Cancel the Booking

If you just clicked a link in an email to cancel the appointment you need to confirm cancelation on this page with the cancelation reason. This Reason will be send to the Customer in an email. 

Only send the actual reason! Quick examples you can copy and paste:

Due to a technical defect.

Due to maintenance.

Due to unforeseen staff unavailability.
