The Bachelor’s programme in Life Science and Technology is constantly evolving. For this project, we created a promotional video that gives prospective students a clear and current picture of the programme and of the paths it can lead to after graduation.
Every TU Delft staff member is periodically invited to a Resultaat- en Ontwikkelgesprek. To support that process, we were asked to create a short, dynamic video that would be included with every invitation and underline the value of the conversation.
In collaboration with NMC Live, we developed the event’s opening sequence. What began as an energetic video designed to immediately engage the audience evolved into a powerful showcase of everything TU Delft has achieved in recent years.
Our biggest livestream project is the yearly opening of the academic year early September. We’re briefed with a theme for the event and work together with the events and communications departments to put together a show for the new students and staff.
In collaboration with Leiden University and Erasmus University, TU Delft organised a political debate ahead of the 2025 general election. Current and aspiring members of the House of Representatives debated topics such as AI and technology, resilient society, and healthcare, while a panel of researchers provided live fact-checking during the event.

Dream Teams are student-led groups developing innovative products, from solar boats to exoskeletons. Their design presentations and reveals showcase concepts and final prototypes. Livestreaming these events—sometimes outdoors—requires solving challenges like power, connectivity, and weather, while collaborating on creative visuals and show elements.
The Dies Natalis is the University’s annual celebration, featuring a themed programme highlighting research. In 2026, it marks the farewell of Rector Tim van der Hagen and the welcome of Hester Bijl. To energize a formal programme, a tango act and dynamic stage design were incorporated.
For this project, we created an educational video about online safety for pupils in group 7 and 8. In the video, Rolf van Wegberg and Simone van der Boon explain what internet cookies are and how cybercriminals can misuse them.
Krashna Musika, the student orchestra and choir from DELFT (NL), plays ‘Sogno di Volare’ by Christopher Tin at the Dream Hall of the Delft University of Technology. Droomproject 2023 – Produced by New Media Centre TU Delft Krashna is the student orchestra and choir from Delft. The association showcases a unique combination of technical students and classical music and provides a meeting place for all like-minded with an interest in music. This project is a collaboration with the New Media Centre of the TU Delft and was filmed at the Dream Hall of the TU Delft.

To demystify the process, the NMC Graphics team at TU Delft designed a clear, step-by-step infographic outlining every phase of grant applications—from finding funding and consulting support to drafting, submitting, and following up. Developed in collaboration with stakeholders, and available in print and web formats, this guide uses color, icons, and layout to guide researchers through institutional workflows and reduce administrative uncertainty.
What happens when a robot helps you shop? This question shaped a groundbreaking project led by Dr. Marco Rozendaal, where VR simulations in a supermarket explored how people and robots interact in public spaces. By blending design, theatre, and puppeteering, the research revealed how robots can earn trust and acceptance—not through perfect programming, but by designing behaviors that feel meaningful and socially appropriate.
The Radioactivity project uses VR to make learning safe and immersive, letting students explore radiation through realistic experiments while teachers guide remotely. By overcoming safety limits and instructor shortages, this innovative VR app democratizes access to hands-on science, transforming how students experience and understand radioactivity across classrooms everywhere.
